Legal Notice (KVKK Disclosure)

This disclosure is made under Article 10 of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about how your personal data is processed by the data controller.
Data controller
Aycenovic, based in Istanbul, Türkiye, acts as the data controller. Contact: info@aycenovic.com.
Personal data processed
Through the contact form we process your name, email address and the content of your message. With your consent, anonymised analytics data is also processed via Google Analytics. Technical data such as your IP address may be logged by our server for security.
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to respond to your enquiries and requests, to operate and secure the website, and, with your consent, to produce visitor statistics.
Legal grounds
Processing is based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: your explicit consent, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.
Method of collection
Personal data is collected electronically, through the contact form and, where required with your consent, through cookies and analytics on the website.
Transfer of data
Your data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with our hosting and email service providers and, with your consent, with Google for analytics. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Any transfer abroad takes place in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Retention period
Personal data is retained only for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by applicable law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about the processing; to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties concerned; to object to results arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can exercise these rights by sending a request to info@aycenovic.com. We will respond within the period set by the KVKK, at the latest within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
